You may have noticed me mention a few times how I’m slightly obsessed with pumpkins. Not fake pumpkin flavoured things or scary Jack O’Lanterns, but the overflowing fields, markets, grocery store crates, and country stands, all full of cute round PUMPKINS! Ugh. Can I just have them all please?
So a few weeks ago when I came home from a long day I was over-the-moon-happy to find that my wonderful cousin-in-law dropped off a bunch of adorable, mini, white pumpkins just for me! Can you say thoughtful? I know I’ve said it before, but moments like that just make me so grateful for the people in my life. And remind me that the little things matter… so we should all take a few minutes today to do something lovely for someone and brighten their day!
My little lovelies are currently residing happily on this somewhat halloween-y striped plate I painted a while ago (diy HERE). I had great intentions to do something crafty with them, since my social media feeds have been filling up with pumpkin painting and decorating ideas lately, but every time I see them there on the table I just really love how they look as they are. So unless I have some genius revelation of an idea that’s ‘never been done before’ (that exists, right? ha!) they will stay there and continue to be adorable in their own unpainted way.
Oh yeah, and I took way too many photos of them. Oops.
