It’s summer. It’s hot. It’s lovely! But it also calls for some frozen chocolate treats I think. I can’t even really call this a recipe because of how easy and fast it is (not to mention the lack of ingredients), but here it is:
What you need:
– 1 box of chocolate pudding mix
– milk as directed on package
– popsicle moulds
Make pudding as directed on box. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze. Done and done. Now you can enjoy fudgesicles all summer long! Woo!
Since my moulds are pretty small I found it tricky to pour the pudding in without making a huge mess. So I used the old icing trick and filled a Ziploc bag with pudding, cut a corner off and squeezed it in like that. Worked like a charm! Once they were all filled I noticed a bunch of air bubbles to I just tapped them on the counted until they disappeared.
If you wanted to get fancy and switch things up you could add other things to the pudding before pouring it into the moulds too. I made some mocha ones, which were delicious, by substituting some of the milk with espresso. I’m guessing you could add pieces of fruit or other things to it too if you wanted.
