A while ago I shared my love of smoothies with this post and recipe. I still looove my smoothies, but the other day I was craving an ice capp so I decided to try and make my own. And it worked! Check out the recipe below.
The other great thing is that if you have leftover mixture just pour it into ice cube trays and freeze for later. When it comes time to make another ice capp all you have to do is toss a few coffee cubes back in the blender with some cold coffee or milk and re-blend until smooth. Super easy!
